The importance of the Biovallo project, which was carried out in the Vallo di Diano to the south of Salerno, as a model of sustainable town planning and a new «green economy» has encouraged the College of Architects in Portugal to organize a presentation of this scheme at its main site in Lisboa.
The invitation was made by the association «Casa Da Vizinha» whose Director, Nadir Bonaccorso, has made this body into an essential reference for Sustainable Architecture and Town in the development of new architects and for the College in general.
The meeting was attended by the local television channel and included a constructive debate among those attending about the importance of a truly sustainable urban model in the development of a new, more competitive, useful, economy that is healthy and effective for future needs.
