Savener has successfully completed in record time the refurbishment of the HVAC installation in hall E of the AIRBUS plant in Tablada, adapting to a key production change at the factory. The project involved the relocation of several mega fancoil units (Mini AHUs), which in their original location interfered with the new platform and the production tools recently installed in a strategic area of the building.
The main challenge of this intervention was to meet tight deadlines without affecting the plant’s production. Savener managed to execute the entire job in just 3 weeks, strictly meeting the deadlines and ensuring that production operations were not interrupted at any time.
As usual, Savener acted as Design Engineer and Project Manager, but on this occasion also took on the role of main contractor, which is unusual but reflects our ability to adapt to the specific needs of our clients on critical projects.
The intervention was carried out on the factory’s District Cooling & Heating system, designed and executed by Savener a few years ago, once again demonstrating our commitment to continuous service and the evolution of our main clients’ infrastructures.
This project stands out not only for its execution in record time, but also for the quality and precision that Savener guarantees in each of its interventions, offering integral engineering solutions that optimise production processes without compromising deadlines or operational efficiency.
