The concept behind this project arose from observation of natural phenomena and the aesthetic and artistic quality of an architectural group. Nature shows us passive and highly efficient solutions which have been applied during the development o this project. “Solar extractors” have been designed to keep a constant flow of ventilation at no cost. The effect of “evapotranspiration” has been calculated to create a green skin and make us of a highly efficient ventilation system that applies this effect with minimal consumption. Water is an essential element, and we have prepared a system for reusing and regulating it with our SMART-TANK®. In short, we have copied the best that nature can teach us.
