This building combines passive systems correctly through an appropriate bioclimatic architecture and highly efficient active systems. Our global perspective and multi-skilled team have been a constant factor in our choice of solutions. Renewable Energy is included: Micro-wind energy, Solar Thermal, Solar Panels and Biomass It has achieved a reduction in energy consumption of 76.4% in comparison with a normal building of the same type. This building was selected to take part in the World Conference on Sustainable Buildings held in Tokyo, Japan in 2005.
