At Savener we have interpreted the particular needs of the various concepts behind the project, applying the most suitable measures required to them in order to obtain the highest level of Efficiency and Sustainability that each type of project is capable of.
In this case, it is a project for Residential Tourism (consisting of 366 homes) located on a strictly protected and sensitive coastline. A number of emphatic strategies were required to make the project profitable, viable and resource efficient. Savener designed the largest Central Climate system ever to run on Biomass for this project. It managed to save 1000 tonnes of CO2 per year in the whole complex with the Climate system alone. This represents more than 60% of the normal emissions of a home.
