The idea behind this project was to achieve a high level of sustainability with a minimum of investment, significantly lower than the current standard. The result is yet another demonstration of how the appropriate implementation of a Sustainability is profitable and productive. In this case, a container was developed for four companies, but with enough flexibility to combine it to house one, two or three. The strategy applied considered a number of aspects, especially the use of materials extracted, manufactured or distributed within a radius of 250 Km (taking the project site as the centre of the circle).
